Chemical Pump Skids

Gone are the days of the contractor or owner struggling with installation of complicated and expensive chemical feed pumps. JAWS now offers chemical pump skids that are pre-engineered and pre-fabricated. Any make or style of pump can be provided.

Advantages to the engineered skid system:

•  Uniform layout and widths are used where possible to ensure easy installation and replacement compatibility.

•  Equipped with process components typically including calibration columns, back pressure valves, pressure relief valves, pulsation dampeners, and gauges.

•  Fabricated of PVC, CPVC, or other corrosion resistant material according to application requirements. Each has a drip ledge for containment of spills, an integral drain, and cut-outs for easy fork lift access.

•  Piping is contained within exterior dimensions of the structure and unions are provided for connection to process piping.

•  The skids are pre-wired with junction boxes for single-connection electrical and signal wire terminations.

Pumps are tested at factory to ensure no leaks and proper installation of accessories.
